The Undergraduate Teacher Education Program permits a student to obtain certification to teach in middle and secondary public schools in Massachusetts and states with which Massachusetts has reciprocity. Though it is not a concentration in itself, it is meant to complement a concentration.

Interested students are encouraged to inquire about the program at any time. Questions should be directed to the UTEP Program Administrator, who is responsible for advising all program participants.
